Offices are usually supplied with three phase power sources, and signals are isolated among power sources. A reform to power lines will be very much necessary for the connectivity purpose among computers. 
Please refer to the figure below: signals are coupled at the air switch of each floor. 
If the connectivity among computers in the office is required, a dedicated equipment should be installed at the entry of three phase power sources to enable communication of signals in different power sources 。
